The health and medical wellbeing of every resident is at the heart of everything we do at Rosary Home. We provide a high standard of clinical care delivered by a dedicated team of nurses and health professionals, supported by on-site medical facilities and a network of visiting specialists.
A registered nurse is on duty and on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ensuring that medical attention is always available whenever it’s needed. Each resident’s room is equipped with a call button for immediate access to nursing staff, giving residents and their families confidence and peace of mind at all times.
Every resident at Rosary Home is provided with an individualised care plan, developed in consultation with the resident, their family, and their medical team. This plan is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to reflect each resident’s evolving needs and preferences.
Residents may choose to remain with their existing GP if that doctor is willing to visit the facility, or alternatively select from the doctors who regularly attend Rosary Home. Our team works collaboratively with all health professionals involved in a resident’s care to ensure a seamless and consistent approach.
